Our professional support staff is available Mon. – Fri., 7:30 am – 5:30 pm CST. Weekend and emergency sessions are also available as needed. We realize there are times when downtime is necessary for upgrades, conversions, and new software and equipment installations. No business wants to interrupt normal business hours and we accommodate this important aspect of your operations schedule.
In order to provide the highest standards of service and support, we hire only the most qualified. Our staff includes honors graduates, those with advanced degrees and certifications, and those with years of experience in collection firms and with computer systems. On-line assistance is provided the same day requested and product enhancements can be prioritized for the fastest possible completed delivery.
