Partner-to-Partner General Information
Using the Internet, this "network of networks" allows law firms and other debt collection organizations to collaborate with geographically distant law firms. Users create a virtual alliance enabling them to communicate electronically with a network of hundreds of attorneys throughout the United States to track and recover delinquent debt. Users can electronically transmit and receive claims, status information, demographic updates and accounting information. Established in 1996, more than $4 billion in debt placements have been transferred over the Partner-to-Partner network.

Differences Between Partner-to-Partner and Other Networks:
- No middle man between the user's legal department and the receiving firm.
- Users select the firms to use and establish their own relationships.
- A mirror image of all of the corresponding attorney's data reside in-house on the user's
system (this allows the firms to create consolidated remittance and staus information)
- The code format in which Partner-to-Partner is written is the most secure in the industry.
