Hubbard Systems Names New VIce President of
Customer Care & Special Programming
Mary Beth Parker to lead Application Support Department
Birmingham, AL, June 17, 2005 - Hubbard Systems, Inc. , a leading provider of debt collections software to law firms, collection agencies, and financial institutions, announces that effective Monday, June 20, 2005 Mary Beth Parker will become the Vice President of Customer Care & Special Programming.
Ms. Parker's responsibilities will include managing daily operations of the Application Support team, as well as, EDI support and interface development and delivery. In addition to her new responsibilities, she will continue to participate on the Steering Committee for Colipso, the firm's new collections software.
Ms. Parker will be responsible for implementing new processes to better monitor, track and complete customer requests. She will also oversee all internal support training processes, product releases and installations, client training programs, and product documentation development.
Ms. Parker joined Hubbard Systems in 1990. Throughout her fifteen years of service she has held many positions including previously working with and managing the application support department. “I am excited to return to the Application Support Department,” states Mary Beth. “I look forward to working in an area that I love and creating a customer-focused support department that offers industry leading response times and assistance.”

Ms. Parker received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Austin Peay State University . She also gained years of experience in collections law while working at the law firm of Jack P. Richardson, Jr., P.C. in Clarksville , Tennessee . The Richardson law firm has been a Collection Partner user since 1987.
