Hubbard Systems Names New Controller



Birmingham, AL, December 18, 2005 - Hubbard Systems, Inc. , a leading provider of debt collections software to law firms, collection agencies, and financial institutions, announces that effective Monday, January 2, 2006 Dean Ivey will assume the role of Controller.

Mr. Ivey's responsibilities will include managing the financial operations of the business on a daily basis, as well as, all Human Resouce issues.

Mr. Ivey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He also gained years of experience in accounting while working at Southern Progress as a Senior Accountant for the past five years. We are excited to have Mr. Ivey as part of our team.
