Collection Partner Software

New Partnership with Global Connect Provides
Hosted Voice Messaging


Birmingham , AL. –April 5, 2005 – Hubbard Systems, Inc., a long-time provider of debt collections applications to the legal and financial services sectors, continues to enhance the functionality of its flagship product, Collection Partner. Working with Global Connect, an Application Service Provider that provides voice messaging broadcasting, the two firms have developed a module embedded in Collection Partner that interfaces to Global Connect's voice messaging system.

Global Connect provides an easy-to-use, web-based system that allows users to digitally record and broadcast messages to virtually any size group of pre-selected debtors. It can be used in conjunction with a predictive dialer or independently. Users upload their debtor files to the Global Connect site, record their broadcast message, attach the call group to the message and schedule the broadcast of the message. Real-time reporting of the broadcast's results is immediately accessible.

The new Hubbard Systems/Global Connect module allows users to select a list of criteria to identify the specific Collection Partner debtor files to be sent to the messaging system. This text file, along with the selected broadcast script is then uploaded to the Global Connect web site. Once the calls are completed users can then import the call return report into their Collection Partner history. Code chaining in the Collection Partner diary facility can be used to identify the next action based on the call result code received.

The Global Connect system is attractive to many different types of collection firms for a variety of reasons. Fees are usage based. There are no hardware or software acquisition costs, set-up fees, maintenance or training costs. New features are automatically made available to users. A connect-back feature allows the broadcast recipient to press any key on their phone and connect back to any desired telephone number.
