Kallies' responsibilities will include analyzing and documenting the business process for the company's web-based collection software product, Colipso. In addition, Kallies will provide product and market research to support strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives for the Colipso product.

Kallies joined Hubbard Systems, Inc. in 1999 as a Client Support Representative and most recently served as a Software Support Specialist Level III and Documentation Specialist. Kallies is a graduate of the University of Montevallo .
