Collection Partner Imaging

The Hubbard Imaging product links all of your scanned documents directly to your collection files. NO MORE HUNTING FOR FILES OR SEARCHING FOR MISSING DOCUMENTS! Simply open your on-line file cabinet.

Scan, store and print single or multiple page documents. Save document files in industry standard imaging formats. Organize and locate documents with user defined categories. Retrieve documents from within a Collection Partner file. Access security can be defined with varying levels of permission. View documents with features such as zoom, rotate, contrast and scroll. Utilize convenient cut, copy and paste functions. Integrates with standard Windows features such as word processing, e-mail and fax.

Recommended Scanners: Scanners should be TWAIN-compliant with a strong recommendation for Fujitsu.

Requirements
The image database should be installed on a Windows server with sufficient disk
space. Estimate about 100K per image. Client PC's should be Windows 98/2000/XP.
If Collection Partner is running on an ALPHA, the PC's used for scanning must have PATHWORKS installed and be able to see and use the shared common drive.
(Consult your hardware supplier for the latest PATHWORKS version.)

Additional Requirement
Database must be SQL 7.0 or greater. Adequate number of SQL user licenses.
