Q: Is Colipso available as either an SaaS (Software as a Service) or on-site system?
A: Yes. You have options. You can choose Colipso SaaS and securely house your data
on our servers. This is ideal for small to middle-sized entites because the startup cost
is relatively small. All your company would need is a computer with internet access.
You could also opt for an on-site installation of Colipso. Either way, our team trains
key members of your staff to ensure your collections runs smoothly.

Q: What is the cost of Colipso?
A: The price structure of Colipso is based on the number of active claims you are managing. There is a one-time access & setup fee and then a monthly use charge
based on your number of active claims. Click the link at left to request more information.

Q: Will switching over to Colipso disrupt my work flow?
A: Our trained staff will not only test your data, but will work with you and your employees to make sure the switch over is a non-event. For on-site installations, we run your data
on the newly-installed system as you continue to work on your existing program. When
we are satisfied, the changeover takes place.

Q: Is this Windows collection software an upgrade to Collection Partner?
A
: No, Colipso is a new collection software package, not an upgrade version of
Collection Partner.

Q: What are the main differences between Collection Partner and Colipso?
A:
The main differences are the new browser based look and the Microsoft .Net
capability that will allow users of Colipso to work more efficiently by giving them
the ability to act on the appropriate information where and when they need it.
In addition, Colipso is a case-based system as opposed to the debtor-
based system, Collection Partner.

Q: In what programming language is Colipso written?
A:
The architecture is based on Microsoft's .Net strategy. Programming is done in
Visual Basic .Net. The database is an open ended relational database. Reports will
be created in the Active Report format.
